Kate joins Bayside Tax & Wealth from Google, where she spent more than a decade building an international career in Strategy & Operations at the intersection of media and technology. Motivated by the financial literacy gap she observed among women, she used her 20% time at Google to lead financial planning workshops and pitch a financial literacy startup to the company’s internal incubator. Earlier in her career, she worked in strategy consulting at Accenture and in TV series development at Disney and NBC Universal. Kate holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a BA in Government & American Studies from Cornell University. She lives in Port Washington with her husband, Jayant, and their son, Logan.
